National Nursing Institute offers nursing education programs in Tampa, Florida, to help students have the education and training needed to become successful healthcare providers. With career training and education in a student-centered environment, we offer classes and lab practice, helping students pass the STATE BOARD exam and other certifications.
All of our instructors are qualified and possess the necessary certifications to teach and train our students. National Nursing Institute is located at 8900 N. Armenia Avenue, Suite 206, Tampa, FL 33604. The facility is 2,400 square feet and includes 5 classrooms, 1 laboratory, a media center, student lounge, restrooms, reception, and administrative offices. The campus is located on the first floor and has access for persons with disabilities.
Our school complies with all provisions of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 that states that no qualified handicapped person will be excluded from enrolling in the school. However, handicapped individuals should be aware that the regulations set by the State of Florida require a high level of manual dexterity and prolonged periods of practical work in the clinic a computer connected to the internet, additional textbooks, reference materials, as well as program-appropriate subscriptions. The media services resource center is open during normal business hours.
The Financial Services Director will assist students in working out any financial problems, discuss financing options or payment plans.
National Nursing Institute does not offer housing for students.
Upon graduation, National Nursing Institute provides each student with their diploma and a corresponding official transcript at no cost. National Nursing Institute reminds students that to graduate, a student must have completed their program of instruction and be up to date with their financial obligations with the institution.
Students that are up to date with their financial obligations may request a copy of their transcript from the Student Services Department by completing a transcript request form. Students can make transcript requests in person or by mail. There is a charge of $25 for official transcripts. Official and non-official transcript requests may take between five (5) to ten (10) business days to process.
